Phytofactories is an international conference on Plant Molecular Farming, organized by the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). The upcoming event, Phytofactories 2025, is scheduled for June 18-20, 2025, in Luxembourg. The conference focuses on exploiting plant diversity through cell and tissue cultures, covering the entire valorization chain of plant resources. It brings together experts in producing and characterizing specialized plant metabolites and those applying this knowledge in dedicated pilot processes. Topics include advances in callogenesis, hairy root formation, plant regeneration, process optimization, challenges and prospects in phytofactories, plant genome editing, metabolic engineering, and germplasm preservation technologies.
