Techfors-S bioreactor accessory

Mobile clean-in-place (CIP) system

The TechCIP is a mobile Clean-in-place (CIP) unit designed for cleaning the Techfors-S and Techfors pilot scale bioreactor. It is mounted on a rolling frame with swivel casters and a handle. The frame also has a storage area for reagent bottles. 

Product specifications

  • Vessel sizes (and working volumes): 15 L (3-10 L), 30 L (5.3-20 L), and 42 L (6-30 L) 
  • Mobile and compact design on wheels with 360-degree access to system components  
  • Dimensions (W x D x H): 1017 x 934 x 1870 mm (2392 mm with optional crane) 
  • Optimum temperature control even at volumes as low as 3 L, essential for modern fed-batch fermentations.
